- U/11 – 5m ( 2 hands optional )
- U/13 – 5m
- U/15 – 7m
- U/17 – 10m
- U/19- 10m
- Junior – Senior – 10m
- M 40+ – 10m
- M 50+ – 7m
- M 60+ -7m
